Mystical Manga Tarot

This is the second manga themed deck that I bought; but the one I've been using most recently so it gets to be posted about first.

This deck was published by Llewelyn in 2017, but with guidebook written by Barbara Moore and cards illustrated by a French artist called Rann.

Rann's designs are magnetic, and breath taking.

I've had some interesting experiences with this deck being slightly, not exactly snarky, but very unexpectedly chatty and almost humorous.

It's known amongst my friend group as "the deck that broke a Pathfinder game". There was a joke right after I bought it that because I was playing an Oracle I should use the deck. I missed a session and drew cards at the start of the next session and was able to divine exactly what had happened in the previous session, so then it became tradition for the deck to be consulted every game session in order to decide where we were going to go next.

At one point while a meeting was going on in game. I did a small reading, wrote my notes down and slid it to the DM and he looked almost crushed because I had worked out that an NPC's sickness was a poisoning and broke his secret plot about his daughter not actually having been kidnapped but having run away.

I'm no longer allowed to play Oracles.

So, if you want a slightly snarky but very amusing reading that will cut to the heart of the matter this is the deck for you. Gorgeous cards and full on attitude.
